David Mazlin Motivates His Clients Towards Their Personal Fitness Goals

David MazlinSince pursuing a career in the health and fitness industry back in 2008, David Mazlin has played a role of personal fitness trainer with the experience to deal with a broad range of clients. After completing his Bachelor in Sports and Recreation from a renowned State University, he moved to California, US. David helped many people to reach their fitness goals and to create an active lifestyle. To support this claim, he has undergone several courses ranging from boxing through to nutrition and exercises for pre and post natal. His extensive experience as a fitness trainer enables him to draw a broad base of health knowledge and techniques, helping his clients to achieve their individual fitness goals through creative, enjoyable and challenging exercise.

David, as a fitness instructor worked in many physical fitness facilities, fitness centers and health clubs where he offered a variety of exercises such as weight training, kickboxing, yoga, aerobics, Pilates. He provides individualized fitness programs that include education and guidance on proper food intake, supplementation, cardio-respiratory exercise and resistance training. Other than the goal to assist his clients in achieving fitness goals, he also evaluates, advice and treats them to assist in recovery from injury. He has worked with clients of different ages and levels of fitness.

Having always been an active participant in sport, David Mazlin has trained actively on his body for past 10 years in order to achieve optimal results. He instructs individuals about exercise activities that improve strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. At first, he listens to his client and their personal fitness goal then develops an exercise program, tailoring workouts on client needs.  He usually demonstrate movements and asks clients to repeat them while offering tips on improving form and motivate exercisers to be strict at a regular schedule so physical progress can continue steadily.

In addition to this, David Mazlin also teaches them about safety rules and how to use exercise equipment. He also gives information on nutrition, weight control and general lifestyle changes.
